FALL SESSION OF SPEED & AGILITY TRAINING:

If you're looking for some great speed, agility and strength training
that is tailored to your sport, try out Club Fit's Speed and Agility Course 
for 6th grade and above.  The program will run twice per week (Wednesday
at 7:00 pm and Saturdays at 9:00 am) for 12 weeks.  The cost is $129.
